Bahn xeo

Bahn xeo, a Vietnamese crepe made of rice flour and turmeric, no egg. It can be filled with shrimp, pork or even mushrooms. Take a rice paper quickly dipped in hot water, add lettuce, fresh herbs and a piece of the bahn xeo, then roll up and dip in the sauce. Thank me later !
